Sous-chef / Section Chef
Do you have a passion for cooking and an eye for detail? As a Sous-Chef or Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for your own section of the kitchen and will ensure that every dish is prepared to perfection. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team, monitor quality and flavor, and contribute ideas for new dishes and refinements.
With your expertise, precision, and enthusiasm, you’ll help ensure the kitchen runs like a well-oiled machine. We’ll give you the freedom to bring your own creativity to the table and, together with the chef, surprise our guests time and again with refined and balanced dishes.
